KIDS BOXING
who are they for?
Our kids classes are open to boys and girls of any fitness level between the ages of 6 -11years. Classes are about boxing, fitness, and fun. Classes are a non contact entry into boxing to first develop basic fundamentals and confidence.
What is a kids class?
A typical kids class is a mix of cardiovascular training, boxing skills, strength and conditioning, agility, balance and co-ordination. Here at Ringfit we put a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and team work.
All kids require running shoes, a drink bottle and a towel. Please arrive 10 mins early to check in.
